1. Clone CREATE

git clone https://github.com/Proxlight/Create.git

2. Open CREATE Folder

cd create

3. Install Requirements

pip install -r requirement.txt

4. Run CREATE

python create.py

ERROR: Could not open requirements file: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'requirements.txt'

The Installation Procedure should be pip install -r requirement.txt and not pip install -r requirements.txt..Note the 's' in requirements.txt
