Beta release

Move all Census connection and collection from Aggregator to Collector.

Foundation

  • Create initial foundation of the application
  • Split the Census Stream into two streams: Metagame and Data
    • This should enable us to reboot the data stream independantly to Metagame, which may not need as much maintenance and enables other things like per-world subbing for data stream.
  • Subscribe to Census per environment (use PC as testbed first)
