Add permalinks for questions

Problem/Motivation

When someone asks you a question you answered many times before and this question is already in the database, you want to just send a direct link to the answer. The person you would send such link, might be willing to share the link with their friends.
I don't think it's currently possible.

Proposed Resolution

Add a permanent link for each question, and a way for you to quickly get it and send to people.

Problem/Motivation

The project may not be searchable through search engines because:

1. The front page doesn't have a list of last questions (or most popular questions, or any questions).
2. Questions don't have direct links to them.
3. There is not enough meta data exposed for questions.
4. There is no a XML sitemap, which could instruct search engines on how to index the site.
5. The service need a domain or at least a third level domain like qa.allaboutspain.com

Proposed Resolution

Address the mentioned above problems one by one and improve the project SEO.

Add a link to the working project

Hi Pavel,

It would be great if the project page https://github.com/psavinov/spain-answer had a link to the working app, similar to how it's done here https://github.com/psavinov/spain-region

Check spelling and punctuation of all questions and answers

1. A user has reported a few issues in the "Депортируют ли нелегальных иммигрнтов?" question.
2. An opening round bracket in all questions and answers should have a white space before it.
3. Proofread all questions and correct spelling and punctuation where necessary.
