What u can do is use ONLY this part of the code and delete the rest of it:

		$local_handle = fopen("zip.zip", 'w+b');
		$ch = curl_init();

		curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL, "DIRECTFILELINK");
		curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, array('Content-type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded'));
		curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_FILE, $local_handle);
		curl_exec($ch);

		curl_close($ch);
		fclose($local_handle);

DIRECTFILELINK you get if you click Download on Wetransfer, cancel the download and copy the given link.
