Clean up React code.

Ok, you were just following a tute and extended it from there in the same style, but really, tidy up the code so that it actually looks like a React app, hey?

Fix up UI appearance.

Sure, you were just going with the UI the went with, but this is really ugly. Make it look nicer.

Add truffle tests.

Add the truffle tests from dapp-series-bounties-truffle into this project. To make the project more complete.

Add UI tests.

Add some regular Jest tests of the React code. Not sure how that's going to go with Metamask in the picture, but see what you can do.
