Hardware additions

Add these HW additions for the user:

1. LED for disk access.
2. LED for CPU run status.
3. LED for console access.
4. LED for list access.

Disk writes don't completely work

If a new file is written the file shows up in the directory list, but appears to be empty, and shows 0 records used using STAT.COM. Seen with commit 32daa47.

Fix page 0 init

Having the men test program at startup init page 0 to 0xCB causes the OS to hang. Clearing the page to 0x00 in the right locations seems to fix the problem.

Put multiple disks on single SD

Or.. Change SD to be one really big disk.

CPU speed selection

Allow the user to select the CPU speed through the monitor.

Update documentation to explain terminal setup

Include application to use, serial settings, terminal settings, USB port settings, etc.

Add SerialUSB support

Communications with Serial 0 work, but using the native USB port of the Due and DigiX don't. Add that support, and make it configurable.

Add xmodem

Add xmodem transfer support to monitor program. To be used for supporting disk image transfers from a PC to the computer.

Also possibly (likely) add support for ymodem and zmodem as well.

Add a monitor

Allow the user to do the following:

1. Download new disk images
2. List disk images.
3. Download directly into RAM and execute.
4. Set registers and CPU.
