Hardware wallet support

The current way the launchpad works it requires the keystore, however I'd like to use hardware wallet to generate the keys and use the hardware wallet address as the validator's address. Is there any plans to support hardware wallets?

The install_enclave_dependencies.sh only allows Ubuntu 20.04

This can be easily fixed changing

if [ "$os_name" != "Ubuntu" ] || [ "$os_version" != "20.04" ]; then
log_error "This script requires Ubuntu 20.04 to run."

to:

if [ "$os_name" != "Ubuntu" ] || [ "$os_version" >= "20.04" ]; then
log_error "This script requires Ubuntu 20.04 or greater to run."

Add `SSH_KEY_POOL` into secrets

Add SSH_KEY_POOL into SSH secrets to make work CI.
