Add formatting guide to contributing.md

for exmaple, blog posts should be posted in a certain format (title that is a hyperlink, name of blog in parens, etc)

I don't know what the format is, but we should have one and add it to the contributing.md

Issues on other repos

Hi there,

first of all it's great to have the pulumiverse, ty for that.

I was just wondering why exactly the issues are disabled on some of the other repos.
For example I would like to contribute on the concourse repo since I'm working on sth like that as well and maybe we could join efforts.

Also the project's README says you should open an issue to join the discussion and that's currently not possible.

Restructuring the awesome list

Hey @aaronkao, I just watched the recording of the August Community meeting. You raised the topic of restructuring the awesome-list.

Here is a short proposal for you, @nimbinatus and @SeanSanker to think about:

• we have the awesome list currently in a single file
• we have a full git repository to our disposal
• we can add more files

so given this:

• create separate files for each section, e.g. books.md
• create a short list of sections in index.md linking to the the other files

My main concern with other awesome lists becoming very long is that I have to scroll a lot. My initial thought is that splitting these in separate files would already be a small improvement.

Your thoughts?
