how to start a new WEB?

1.用这个代码在vs中创建你的网页文件夹

npx create-react-app [your file name]

2.cd好文件的地址以后 用vscode using

npm install // npm start

3.然后再删除自己不必要的东西

4.接着创建一个componets的文件夹 并且添加Navbar.js Navbar.css

5.关于逻辑 App.js > Route > Components(css.js)
