BUILD FAILED - Test coverage for at least one module is below 70%

I tried with Python 3.6.3 Anaconda 5.0.1 and Python 2.7.12 default with Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
In both the cases ended up in Build Failure.

Can anybody helpme?
