$watch not implemented for all possible events
All implementations of $watch within fuelCalcController.js need to watch for changes on all input fields. Currently, some changes to input fields are not being recognised.
Known implementation problem was found when trying to change bankBalance input but the enoughMoneyMessage isn't changing according to the calculation given.
(Standard/Advanced) Fuel amounts concatenating instead of adding
Might have something to do with the floatsOnly directive - the fuel amounts might need to be converted back to numbers after manipulation by the directive.
