Add use case examples to readme

Should add some use case examples to the readme to provide suggestions on what the library can be used for.

Examples:

• Encode GUIDs in URLs for faster transmission time
• Shorten file names while preserving GUID value to reduce file name length

Convert string operations to use StringBuilder

Change the logic of string operations such as this to use StringBuilder for better performance.

Should also document performance tests before and after the change for reference.

Separate constructors with Action<Base64GuidOptionsBuilder> and without

Currently, constructors without an Action<Base64GuidOptionsBuilder> parameter call constructors with the parameter but passes an empty lambda. This potentially causes extra memory to be used for lambda creation and builder class creation even when calling constructors that don't need it. Thus, constructors without the Action parameter should call a constructor that immediately sets the _options member to its default value instead of going through the existing process of creating builders/lambdas.
