misleading hyphen between weather and temperature

In the example output, there is a hyphen between the detailed weather report and the temperature. This hyphen can be mistakenly interpreted as a negative sign.

Example output:

few clouds - 26.7 °C

github link to repo missing

In the header the link to the Github repo is not correct.
