DEBUG is enabled

Looks like DEBUG=True is enabled. Even in production 👎 That should not happen 😞
The page stated in #3 is showing this error at the bottom of the page
You're seeing this error because you have DEBUG = True in your Django settings file. Change that to False, and Django will display a standard 404 page.

Add readme

A read me with different instructions will be great.

dpaste app showing an huge error page

hi @masnun bhai, the error is showing on this http://pybd.org/pastes/history/?delete-all request.

when i am on history page and if i don't have any previous snippets and click "delete all history", the error (500 Internal) happens.

i went ahead to the official dpaste.de/history site and did the same thing, but their default behavior is to redirect to https://dpaste.de/history/ page.

possible reason: debug mode true on server, and some other setting issue(s) which i still don't know
