This became pretty necessary as Terrain was merged into Wang Sets in version 1.5 of Tiled.
As such, the pre-existing Terrain stuff within tileset.py has been removed, and Wang Sets have been fully built out and implemented to replace it.
This is done with an initial test(could use more tests for edge cases and what not) as of 2570ad0
from pytiled_parser.
