Implement all system (non-ordinary) ticket functionality.

Major refactoring needs to be done to segregate API handling code from presentation.
To be done after base functionality for all draws have been implemented.

Something simple drawn using draw.io with the flow like:
User Pic -> FE Web app -> Nextjs API server -> GCP Vision -> Nextjs API server -> Singapore Pools API -> Web app

Fix: Intermittent ECONNRESET errors for SingPools requests

Requests to Singapore Pools website often results in 502 ECONNRESET errors during moderate-high usage.
Occurs using Postman as well when manually spammed.

(Possible rate limitation? Looking for ways to circumvent this as it is quite a common problem.)
