Add psd1 files for new modules

Missing psd1 manifests block PSGallery push, which breaks installation.

Install instructions don't work if you have PsGet

Annoyingly PsGet overwrites powershell's built-in Install-Module - http://superuser.com/a/996448/8271

So you get

C:\repos> install-module csproj
Module csproj was not found in central repository
At C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\WindowsPowerShell\Modules\PsGet\PsGet.psm1:694 char:13
+             throw "Module $Module was not found in central repository ...
+             ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    + CategoryInfo          : OperationStopped: (Module csproj w...tral repository:String) [], RuntimeException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : Module csproj was not found in central repository

followed by some head-scratching.

Suggestions:

• publish to PsGet gallery as well?
• update instructions with gotcha?
• make psget read the main gallery...

Converting projects with dependencies to nugets

Given a structure like this:

sln
- lib1.csproj
- lib2.csproj
   \-> lib1
- referencing.csproj
   \-> lib2

When converting lib2 to nuget, referencing.csproj should also have a dependency on lib1.
If you run Install-Nuget in Visual Studio, it installs all required dependencies.
If you run tonuget from commandline, the lib1 dependency is missing.
