Add "write", "copy" and "move" tasks

Add way to control version requirement increment behaviour

Currently, the MAXIMUM compatible version gets lifted to the NEWEST version and if the MINIMUM version equals the MAXIMUM requirement (match condition) the minimum version gets lifted as well.

It would be great to be able to specify the way that the versions get increased.

Idea:
Add a parameter to software.json or in sources.json called "on_increment".
This "on_increment" field should feature a

• "minimum" field where the way to handle the minimum required version on a requirement lift is specified
• "maximum" field where the way to handle the maximum required version on a requirement lift is specified

Possible behaviors should include:

• "stay"... Stay the same.
• "increment_newest"... Increment to the newest version
• "increment_newest_major"... Increment to the newest major version.

Add way to download a static file after an interval

This behaviour is already promised in auto_update.md

Check if server is compatible with next minor version

This never really worked and got removed with the latest commit.

"enabled" property

Add the possibility to add the "enabled" property to almost every property.

CLI doesn't work on CMD

This is due to the usage of "\r".

Add installer

Installer should install pip dependencies (colorama).
