Remove Loading feature

• It increases page load time
• Sometimes the page flash once even if it's loaded
• Unnecessary blue loading bar at the top of the site
  => So, planning to remove loading feature

Menu on mobiles not working

Hey actually the menu button on small screen is not working.

Needs translations

Due to #9, I'm working on translate texts on this theme. English and Vietnamese is OK now, also Japanese, but I need someone to review Japanese translation, I don't know it too much.

Also, if you can, please drop a translation of any language that you're familiar with.

Remove some personal stuffs such as:

• Disqus comment system
• ...

Then use Code Injection to integrates them if you want.
