VisualGroup

The VisualGroup is a Visual which groups together several visuals. Visuals in the same group share the same RootElement. Importantly a VisualGroup is a visual itself and can be part of another VisualGroup.

Composite chart margins

Composite charts margins are problematic for axis, in particular the way the axis title is placed.
Margin for layers are 0, therefore when placing the axis title, the offset is always 0.
