Dear Frank,

Congratulationf for your books "hands-on Quantum Machine Learning with Python" vols 1 & 2. I'm really enjoyng the way you explain and, for the first time, I can say I've already (finally) understood Hamiltonians.
I'm implementing your examples, but I think something might be wrong in vol 2, chapter 8. The minimum eigenvalue of H is about 1.38 (scipy computation) but my code concludes it is about -3.08. I checked your code at github: v2_d_05_optimizer.ipynb and it is happening the same. Could you find where the error is, please?

P.S. : Plz consider wirting a new Vol 3, You are a very good teacher.
