Attribution changes title position

Thanks for this extension!

I discovered, that the adding of an attribution (even without content) changes the placement of H1 headings (for H2 nothing changes), until now I could not find the reason. Do you know where to fix this?

E.g.

without attribution heading is in center

with attribution heading is top

Using extension in website

I was wondering if there is a way to tweak it to be used in the Quarto website and book projects.

Attribution placement when using vertical/grid navigation slide deck

Thanks for making this plugin available for quarto.

There seems to be a problem with the placement of the attribution for major (h1) slides when using vertical navigation mode: the attribution is not centered along the right-hand side. Tried to tinker with the CSS without being able to figure out which h1 style that messes it up.
