Quiet's Duplicate Manager is an Electron.js-based desktop application that is currently in the works. It will offer a range of basic features like including any/all files that are duplicates, giving the option to choose whether to delete or archive duplicates, etc. As more features roll out, more will be added here.
It is a known issue that with large search sizes, that the application window will act unresponsive. Currently, you can get by with simply ignoring it and not touching the window and letting it run its course.
This happens because the process for grouping files is currently terribly inefficient and causes the application window to become unresponsive. If you wait long enough, it will come out of this hitch and move on to the next step (determination process). I've tested and tried it numerous times and so far, simply waiting for it has worked and it's never failed or errored out. I will polish the turd later when some more important backend issues have been addressed and features have been implemented.
For now it still works, and that's what matters for now as this isn't even in a release state yet.
