导入日历乱码
小米手机直接导入日历乱码
使用-o 命令后没有产生.ics文件，而是直接在终端打印
当我使用命令python cli.py -o cqupt.ics <我的学号>时，在目录下并没有生成对应的.ics文件，而是直接在终端上打印出了文件的内容

ics文件编码似乎是错误的
导入iOS日历发现乱码，经查导出的ics文件编码是GB2312，改为UTF-8编码后恢复正常
