Sega Dreamcast CHD

Sega Dreamcast CHD's have changed Internet Archive location from chd_dc/CHD-DC to chd_dc/CHD-Dreamcast

Retro tab, consoles categorization and download link priority

The retro tab is a little bit confusing because you can find there retro consoles, arcades, and some misc, like Audio CD and BIOS.
I sugest renaming it to "Misc." ar "Miscaleniuos".
Or to split it up to Misc and Retro.
Because I found links to DB-Video etc. and would like to add them, but first I would like to make this discussion because it doesn't seem the best place for this kind of stuff in the Retro tab.

Also on consoles categorization/formatting:
Intuitively if I'm going to look for let's say NES games, I would search it in the Nintendo tab first, and in retro second.
I suggest to move related companies games from Retro to their respective tabs. And rename the "Retro" tab to "Other Retro", because now they will have other smaller companies retro games.

Also, I think Consoles in Comapies tabs should go from oldest to newest, or from newest to oldest. In other words - separated by generations. I think every console should have an entry even if they're no links (for example - PlayStation 4), and to tell that - there are no reliable links to that console.

I think the Index page should have some explanation about Redump and No-Intro, and maybe possibly other projects like Flash or J2ME preservation, etc.

I suggest putting Redump / No-intro links first and marking them better, to tell the audience that this is "the good stuff", and other links afterward.
