Return the data struct from interfaces
sqfunction proc macro in v3 doesn't like generic types like Vec<T>
so Vec seams to an error in the proc macro

Plugins v4
plugins v4 will soon be finally done so rrplug needs to get plugins v4 support. It would require another full rewrite.
Add Examples folder
with plugins v4 dropping stupid winres requirement normal example folder is possible pog!
concommands crash when called from a dedicated server console
it seems that rrplug created concommands crash on dedi servers.
The lifetime of `SQFUNCTIONS` coerses into `1 in the body of sqfunction
this is bad since it's static and anything that relies on it being static dies.
Implement Safe reloading for plugins
currently I have multiple ideas but they are basically all about invariant apis or nothing
Use NonNull for sqvm pointers
