How to use this as a template for my projects

Hi, how are you?
This website is great.
I was wondering how can i deploy it?
How do i deploy it both the web and sanity studio.
Preferable to netlify

How to correctly run the project locally?

I'm able to succesfully setup sanity and the env file but when running npm run dev, I'm getting errors. Is there a guide to setup the project properly?
