Install instructions

As a RN beginner coming from web development, a starter is much appreciated. However, I couldn't get this to run. I cloned then ran npm install, but it looks like there were issues with tailwind giving this error "Use process(css).then(cb) to work with async plugins". Install instructions would probably help here... thanks!
