change flower spinner's html to use another element besides span

tiny mce editor removes span tags so I over rode the editor's ability to remove them. Some users may depend on span tags being modified by the editor.

Firefox and Edge css errors

I've tested with current firefox and some of the icons need work for compatibility.

firefox issues:
trinity ring spinner - positioning from first look.
swapping squares spinner - ??
scaling squares spinner - ??

edge\ie issues:
flower spinner - ??
pixel spinner - ??
hollow dots spinner - ??
looping rhombuses spinner - ??

Add sizing options to wordpress editor

Add sizing options to custom tiny mce editor popup to go along with color picker.

Add enhanced pop up for the wordpress tiny mce editor

The icons should be shown when added to the editor so people can see the actual icon they are using instead of just html. The function needs a call back to insert the icon in the editor for a real time preview.
