Little fix for rotation point

Change this row then the rotation works again:
matrix.postRotate((float) deg, getWidth()/2, getHeight()/2); // 210/2,210/2);//

pivot pot getting misplaced

What steps will reproduce the problem?
the base the rotating knob rotating in a different pivot point from the base 
knob.

Device is: intex aqua 2.3
Android version:ginger bread
screen 2.7 inch

Touching the seekbar will scroll up in a scrollable layout

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add the knob into a scrollable layout
2. Drag the knob

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The layout should not scroll/change position. However, as soon as I touch the 
knob, it scrolls on top. This makes it hard to use.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last version on Kitkat 4.4.4

Please provide any additional information below.
Normal draggable android views such as seekbar and switch doesn't have this 
issue.

Rotate the image from 0 to 100 and 100 to 0

I need to rotate the image from 0 to 100 and 100 to 0. If I am reaching at 100 the scroll to down it will move to 0 or other position. I require two if I am reaching at 100 position I don't want to move down I need to work only 100 to 0 like fan knob. Is it possible?
