Recent Image Loop Problem

The recent image loop only put the images with the folder month number: "01,02,05,06,10 or 12" if the following months are in effect: "03,04,07,08,09 and 11" then the recent images will not be shown as these images are added to the end of the array.

The array forms like 06, 05, 02, 01, 04, 03, which is strange as other than the day and time stamp nothing appears to be different and shouldn't be ordered like that.

Have to check if this has anything to do with how the arrays are formed and reversed.

Server/Local Time upload issue

When uploading a file the server time doesn't correspondents with the users time (PHP/Javascript).
Check what the server time is to then provide the right date/time stamp.

Problematic when uploading content on the first hour of a new month, when the content should be placed in the new months folder, it gets placed in the older months folder, but the date/location is the new month.
