Shows blank screen if league has not started yet.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When the user tries to click on either Scorers or Standings tab, the app shows a blank screen, since the league has not started yet. Hence, the data is just an empty array.

Show a League is yet to start or similar UI
