It would still require coding to add, but make it easy to plug mutation strategy sub into program.

Better simulator than nmars?

Any more optimal simulators? Maybe integration that lets it call the result of the battle early? One that can be loaded once and run fileless after that? Maybe even one in Python that can be integrated?

Refactor shell to nmars.exe

At least make it less dependent on Windows-specifics and more clear on how to integrate with other simulators.

Return helpful errors if config file not filled out correctly

Better error handling and logging

If someone wants to use a LAN or cloud to collaborate across instances, how should errors be handled?

Make the parameters configurable by .ini file

So that people don't have to mess with the code.

Break code into classes or perhaps even separate files

ie. separating file handling, the battle logic, and configuration parsing
