Add register page UI

This issue outlines the task of building the user registration page for the Muse project.

Goals:

• Create a user-friendly and visually appealing interface for user registration.
• Implement functionalities for users to enter their credentials (e.g., email, password) and submit the registration form.
• Implement two OAuth sign in button, one for GitHub and other for Google.
• Ensure proper input validation and error handling.

Navigation Toggle not working properly on mobile screens.

When attempting to toggle the navigation menu open or closed, the expected animation does not occur, resulting in a lack of visual feedback for the user.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the website on a mobile device.
Attempt to toggle the navigation menu open or closed by clicking on the toggle icon.
Observe that the animation, the opening state is good, but the closing state animation is not working properly.

Expected Behavior:
When toggling the navigation menu, there should be a smooth animation indicating its opening or closing state. This ensures a better user experience and provides clear feedback to the user about the navigation status.

Actual Behavior:
The navigation toggle does not animate properly on mobile devices, particularly the exit animation.

TailwindCSS breakpoints are not working in production.

Tailwind CSS breakpoints are not working correctly in the production build of my Next.js application. Specifically, styles defined for smaller screens (e.g., sm:text-lg) are not being applied as expected.

I've already tried:

• Clearing browser cache and hard reloading.
• Verifying Tailwind CSS configuration in tailwind.config.js.
• Checking browser developer tools for any conflicting styles.
