Add Bootswatch Bootstrap templates

Add Bootswatch free twitter bootstrap themes

  • Download and add bootswatch themes (bootstrap.css and bootstrap.min.css) files
  • Rename these files as bootstrap.themename.css and bootstrap.themename.min.css, where 'themename' is lowercase bootswatch theme name
  • Add a new class variable in AppController.php just like $theme = 'Cakestrap'. Call it $bootswatch.
  • Add code in AppController::beforeFilter() method to set a 'bootswatch' variable to be used in view, if AppController::bootswatch variable is set.
  • Modify layout file to use 'bootswatch' css file instead of default bootstrap.min.css file to change the theme.

Add support for REST when baking

Baking should add code to enable REST by default. The code should be baked such that, REST data cab be accessed instantly after baking.
