New menu - CSS only

Move away from Navgoco - it's outdated and uses JavaScript and it should be CSS only
Minimal JS code for remembering menu state for example

Setting up Twitter & Google Logins through the application seems to not work.

Currently it is a required field, should only be required when site disabled checkbox is checked.

problem after login

Hi folks,
anyone experienced problem with logins? After login i have a repeated, never ending redirect between /login and /auth/login/validate pages. There are similar problems after validating new registrations.
Any ideas, what i probably messed up? The page is on https with valid ssl certificate.
