Installing `setartree` package?

Hi Rakshitha!

Sincere apologies if I've missed it somewhere, but I didn't see in the readme file a way to install the setartree package in order to access the functions documented in https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/setartree/setartree.pdf. I also searched for some of the function names in that PDF and didn't see them in the repo. So far I've downloaded the files currently housed in this repo to play around with fitting the SETAR tree/forest models, but I'm wondering if the package is available somewhere? I really enjoyed the SETAR Trees arXiv paper and would love to be able to interface model outputs in R with other package functions that expect S3 methods as inputs.
