[BUG] Slider not working

Right now, the slider takes sample sizes in powers of 2, where

• min = 2^1
• max = 2^12

Graph does not respond to slider input at all

[BUG] Issue with formatting data for Room 5

For some reason, Room 5 data is not being formatted correctly.
For Room 5, on the graph, every other data point = 1, creating a large zigzag pattern on the graph.

There are 2 points where formatting happens

1. Right after the data has been parsed, and is to be put in the DB
2. When client subscribes to the collection to receive data from a certain date range
