void: `eww` is now upstream

With void-linux/void-packages#48844 merged, my own build of eww can now be removed.

Create a new GPG key for building repository

Most package managers require proper signing if they are accessed from the internet.

Adding a shared GPG key in GitHub secrets store should allow automatic building and signing of those packages.
Then, keys can be distributed via a separate keyserver such as Keybase (apparently it's still live).

Add support for Arch Linux (`pacman`) packages

The arch directory has been in this repo forever, but there is still no proper package build and distribution support.

I have a working version of setup-arch ready, but it has not been tested fully yet.
Should be enough to build some packages, though.

Add support for Android applications

Android applications can be distributed via F-Droid from any static web server: F-Droid server guide.

There are a lot of resources regarding how to build Android apps using GitHub Actions, but each apps might require build commands.
This one should be considered (we can't just blindly clone a repo and try to run ./gradlew assembleRelease).
