refactor store
refactor store to allow following features:
- multiple rss source selection

add primeReact component to new UI
feature:add cache
- Once loaded, an RSS source should not be loaded each time it is selected but returned for a cache.
- when the user refreshes an RSS source a request is sent and the cache is updated
improve ui
- header should be more visible
- colors should be more neutral
- colums should have fixed height with vertical scrolling
