Gifv support

Gifvs can be saved, but some don't render properly on /gifs. .webm files seem to work fine, it's just the gifvs that don't.

API Authentication is currently non-existant

That may become problematic in future.

Add support for multiple tags

Currently the controller will only accept a single tag. Ideally I'd like to split the string, iterate through each, and create a new tag.

Implement gif saving

• Currently, a gif is saved with a reference, but that's not ideal
• Save the actual gif to the database
• Somehow check for duplicates (EXIF data?)
• Failing that, check if you can use web archive versions of URLs instead.

API Endpoints

I need endpoints to:

• Retrieve all gifs for a user
• Retrieve a single gif for a user
• Tag a gif
• (Bulk tag gifs maybe)
• Delete a gif
• Delete a tag
• Plus I need to authenticate the user each time

Login not yet implemented

Currently, anyone can save a gif and it is not assigned to any user.
