There are five levels of conversational AI, from simple notifications through to autonomous organizations of assistants. Level 3 is where the advanced teams are today. In this workshop, you'll be given a template Level 2 assistant that can handle FAQs, and work with Alan to add contextual dialogue. You'll build machine learning models for natural language understanding and dialogue management, and learn how to integrate ML with your business logic.

You should be able to follow this exercise on any OS with Python 3 installed. If you encounter any issues when setting up your environments, please ask a question on the Rasa community forum.
To run and improve this assistant, you need to install Rasa and Rasa X on your local machine. To do that, run:
pip install rasa-x --extra-index-url https://pypi.rasa.com/simple
