Getters and setters missing in the Node class

Getters and setters are not used in the various concepts which use the Node class (e.g. linked lists, trees, graphs).

I've changed this in linked lists (OOP) for C#, Java and Python but this should be replicated in all files and on the platform apart from where we use the Node class to represent a record (e.g. linked_list_record).

GCSE OOP code

Most of these will not run on their own because they need to import the pet class. We need to sort this!

Linked list record

In linked list record (vb version) I have had to change identifier from next to nextItem as next is a keyword in vb

Dijkstras

VB is case insensitive so the constant COST is conflicting with local variable cost. I have rename latter newCost in the program but we might want to cascade that across all code versions.

VB imports

We need to work out whether we should use explicit imports for thisng like System. This is useful: https://www.thoughtco.com/the-vbnet-imports-statement-3424234
