Disable the Register button if the user is already registered

There are ways to update the existing registration on the {EventId} page. When you click on the register button again, the previously registered information is not updated in the registration page.

As part of the UX, maybe it is a simple fix to just disable the 'register' button, just like the Connect to Strava button is disabled after the OAuth flow is authorized.

Default Country name should be populated - for pretty dashboards

Feed Data model improvements

Feed Data model has only name, timestamp, and message attributes.

It would be better to add description, activity ID, athlete ID for correlation.
