App doesn't boot without existing database.csv

a fresh git clone + pip install -r requirements.txt won't boot up. It crashes because database.csv doesn't exist yet.

Here's the error:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] File ..\Eva - Dependencies\database.csv does not exist: '..\\Eva - Dependencies\\database.csv'

Settings page needs reload after database update

State needs to be fixed so that it automatically updates once the database is done updating e.g. the time taken to update doesn't update without a page reload.

Consider the use of useContext.

Not showing 'limit' of 'hits'

When using live search the limit doesn't show up.

Error detected after PR #9

The following error arises when a search criteria that should return no results is used with live search:

UnboundLocalError: local variable 'returned_hits' referenced before assignment
