Error on \end{abstract} when using the template.

Hi, there is an error on the \end{abstract}. There is not a clear reason for this, but it appears on the paper. The full error is below:

I've inserted something that you may have forgotten.

With luck, this will get me unwedged. But if you
really didn't forget anything, try typing `2' now; then
my insertion and my current dilemma will both disappear.

how do we increase the column width?

Please can you explain what options I need to set in your template in order to increase the column width allocated for text?

How to put the title of a table above the table

Thanks for your excellent work.
I have encounter one problem when using this template. The table title is always at the bottom of the table, which is very troubling.
Here is the latex code for the generation of table:
