internet-speed-test's Issues

Network Speed Causing Browsers & Other Applications To Lag

I have(& am currently using) my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910V smartphone(as I do not have a computer) which is through Verizon Wireless.
For the last few weeks now, all of my apps have been lagging, my phone calls are dropping, and my text messages either do not go through or I do not receive them.
Can your extension possibly help me with logging the information about this, please?

No Download Speed Recorded

When testing the tool I found that the download speed was not being recorded, or rather recorded as [0.0]. During the test the tool does seem to be gathering the correct download speeds, but when the speed is presented to the user in both the testing frame and the history (past tests) the speed for download only is recorded as [0.0] MBps. A quick second request (please let me know if I need to start a new issue branch or something) is allowing the user to select between MB/s and Mb/s. My internet provider advertises their speed in Mb/s. Thank You.

Download Data Seems Wrong

I believe that the measurements (I do not know by what tool or metric is actually used) are wrong. I am on a 500 Mb/s internet plan with my provider and usually get ~200-250 Mb/s through WiFi where I am located in my home. I do understand that each testing procedure (company or group that creates the tool) can be very different, but the measurements of [11.1] MB/s (88.8 Mb/s) through this testing application is very different than what I was able to see with Oookla's (https://www.speedtest.net/) website of 272.79 Mb/s (34.1 MB/s). I ran this tools testing app directly after the test done by Ookla. This is a little over 3 times the speed recorded with this app. Perhaps further diagnostics may be needed, but I have ran the test multiple times with one server selected and with none selected so that the app could select the best connection. The best that I have seen is ~15 MB/s with this tool. Thank You.
