Duplicate script call output in irc

When the user hosting the irc script attempts to call the script, that call line is duplicated on the other members of the channel; however the main user does not notice this.

Insufficient feedback when giphy has no images

If I attempt to use the included irc script to search for certain images and none are found, the script offers no information to the end-user.

An example of a query that displays no images is:

.giphy fadasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdf

After typing the above, the end-user will be given no clue as to whether this as succeeded or not.
