Memory Issue When Dumping Locally

Current Behavior:

When very large numbers of logs are parsed for saving to disk, the process consumes an excessive amount of memory. Eventually, this may throw an out of memory exception.
This may be solvable by writing one log at a time and writing to the log file.

Expected Behavior:

Less memory consumption...

If the Logs/W3SVC# directory is missing, the application throws an error and breaks

Current Behavior:

PS C:\Users\User> IISLogManager.CLI.exe getsites
Error: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC70'.

Expected Behavior:

Continue processing

GetSites argument stopped working properly. Need to break from prompts when called.
