We can't change the default name as that will break people's existing chunkers.

Would could add some more to the docs though?

That is a good point. However, we could mitigate that issue by adding migration capabilities to chunker (which is a feature I think it needs anyway).

I think it would make sense and solve this issue by changing name_format to allow multiple values, and prioritize based on order. So something like name_format = *.rc=###, *.rclone_chunk.### would cause chunker to recognize parts in either format, but any new files would be saved using the first *.rc=### format.
